Welcome to Alrewas Surgery
'Modern Medicine, Traditional Values'
We are a 4 partner training practice committed to providing high quality care to patients living in Alrewas and surrounding areas, currently providing services for approximately 6050 patients.
The partners are supported by a GP trainee, nurse prescribers, practice nurses, health care assistants, administration and reception staff and a wider primary health care team to provide you with the best possible care.
All our staff are dedicated to offering a professional and welcoming service.
We hope this website helps all our patients. You can find information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide and use it as a resource for other health-related information and local support.
The surgery takes patients from the following areas:
Alrewas, Fradley, Bromley Hayes, Kings Bromley, Orgreave, Wychnor
Croxall, Edingale, Harlaston, Lullington, Elford
We are not part of NHS England's 'out of area' scheme and do not take patients outside these areas. We do however support patients who live on narrowboats and are moored within our area.
Our practice was inspected by the Care Quality Commission in October 2014. Please find the link to our report below.
Alrewas Surgery CQC report October 2014
Parking restrictions outside surgery on Exchange Road from 27 May 2019
We have been advised that there will be no parking or waiting allowed on one side of Exchange Road between the hours of 0930 and 1400 each day due to works on the new housing development in Dark Lane
This is NOT the surgery’s decision and is out of our control.
We sincerely apologise to all our patients. We would like you to know that we raised our concerns some time ago and we are actively challenging the decision
Please note: Patient Access have made some changes recently to their website and some users have experienced problems logging in. We have been advised these are now resolved, but if you have any ongoing issues, please contact the surgery. (June 2018)
